***** Re-typed/reformated to HTML dated 15 Feb 2010 by S. Cook *****
This constitution document was found in the Society lockbox in early February 2010.
Aside from being very outdated in concept, it lacks any form of date or signature
denoting ratification by the Society.
It also contains several errors in content and format.
Articles I & II are almost an exact copy of Article I of the Articles of Incorporation,
and are thus redundant and unnecessary.
Other than the fact that it does exist, I consider this document worthless.
