***** Re-typed/reformated to HTML dated 15 Feb 2010 by S. Cook *****
This bylaws document was found in the Society lockbox in early February 2010. Aside from being very outdated in concept, it lacks any form of date or signature denoting ratification by the Society. It also contains several errors in content and format. Other than the fact that it does exist, I consider this document worthless. I have included Bold-Italic notes with my opinions.
A later document (1997) has replaced this version.
